Kopke
It has a deep amber colour with golden reflections and slight greenish hues, typical of extreme ageing. The aroma reveals enormous complexity: dried fruits (hazelnut, walnut), orange peel, molasses, caramel, honey and notes of very well-integrated old wood. On the palate, it is extremely silky and refined, with a remarkable balance between sweetness and acidity, showing deep layers of elegant oxidative flavours and a very long and persistent finish.
